Hey Grammy, is this the best you can do?
On Nov. 23, Grammy announced the complete nomination list of 2022 GRAMMYs Awards. BTS was nominated for pop duo/group performance, two years in a row.
Nomination in Grammy is still a great achievement, but it is a different story for BTS. This year, BTS had the tremendous year, as ‘Permission to Dance’, ‘Butter’, and collaboration song ‘My Universe’ had a great success. But, not even a big 4 Grammy awards, BTS only got one nomination. Fans and media describes this as surprise and snubs, as BTS just won AMA Artist of the Year only 2 days before the Grammy nomination.
How much BTS needs prove more to get nomination in big 4 Grammy awards? Is Grammy nomination truly rational and reasonable?
